Good visit

It was what I expected being that it was the yearly exam that was already due. The only thing I was a little concerned that time was rushed which I understand because there were other patients waiting to see the same provider too. Everything went well and I was treated with curtesy.

Very important to keep patients in the loop if the provider is running late. My appt was at 3pm,at 4:15 I went to receptionist to find out why I hadn't been called.This is unacceptable.

I have had wonderful experiences over the years with Dr. Johnson and his assistants. I hope his replacement will be as patient, kind and knowledgeable.

I have always been treated with courtesy and in a professional manner.

If the doctor is running late the patient needs to be informed I was not seen until an hour after my appointment time someone should have informed me instead of have me sit in the room 30 minutes until the doctor came in

The doctors nursing assistant was very attentive. Encouraged me too make appointment for mammogram and in fact, made it for me and gave me an appointment for my Medicare Check up with advice about getting the blood work done in advance. Dr. JOHNSON has always been attentive and a good listener and has always provided me with the best medical care and advice. This visit was no different.

Although I was not scheduled, I was given the opportunity be seen, by my primary physician, DR. Walter Johnson (over18 years,) within two days. House bound and unable to walk, A friend drove and remained until my appointment was complete using the wheelchair provided in the lobby to get me up to the office. The staff was attentive, and uplifting. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Johnson gave me time and attention when I was not scheduled.
