Dr. Iveta Swaim and her staff are the Michael Jordan of the Novant PIMC practice.

Dr Swaim is excellent. The wait time for the lab was almost an hour and I sat in a room waiting with several people who were complaining about the wait. No time frames or apologies given for the delay.

Dr. Swaim has great bedside manner. She listens attentively and asks probing questions to make sure she finds appropriate solutions for your concerns. She doesn't rush you and encourages you to share all concerns no matter how big or small. She also discusses next steps on how to maintain and/or improve your health in the future.

Dr. Swaim has been my doctor for the past 15+ years. She has known my medical ups and downs. She knows I'm a fighter and am VERY knowledgeable about my own health. I can reach her through My Chart or by telephone and she along with my other doctors at Novant work together very well.
