My experience at this facility is always the best. I told them just yesterday that I feel calm coming there. I normally have white coat syndrome and my blood pressure proves it. I could not imagine going anywhere else nor do I want to. Novant in general from what I’ve seen, are the best!

Professional services in a timely and courteous manner

My regular doctor was on leave. The care given was with good follow through.

I love the people in this office. I have to drive 50 min to get there but I won't change.

My husband and I really like Richard Hare. Even though we moved about 30 miles away, we continue to come to Novant because we really like it there and the treatment we get from everyone in the Calabash office.

I think Richard Haire is an excellent practitioner. He listens to what I have to say and responds appropriately. I am confident that I am in great hands. I appreciate him and his knowledge.

Richard Haire is always prepared and knows my file. Also his nurse is very knowledgeable about my file & my meds. I feel so comfortable when I discuss any medical problems or questions I have.

This provider & his nurse are excellent. My problem with this practice is that you CANNOT get in with your provider for unexpected issues. Urgent stuff, you see whoever & then they say they can't do this or that because they are not your provider. This issue needs fixed.

The medical provider and the team were exceptionally good with details, information, and tests. This enabled them to provide excellent advice and recommendations.

Richard Haire was a fill in for my primary care Dr who is out on maternity leave. He is very professional and caring. Treated me as if I were one of his patients even though he will probably never see me once my Dr returns from leave. I would definitely become one of his patients if he were taking on new patients which he is not.
