Had a wonderful, professional visit with Dr. Aparma Yeggalam. I left knowing I was well cared for by her. Would give her a 10+ if I could have!

They provider was nice. I left with no new knowledge concerning my Hypothyroidism. I kept hearing no research or data. I was explained how weightloss works ( I already have knowledge of) ) which wasn't my only focus. I'm told that other issue that I'm having isn't from my Hypothyroidism. If the provider doesn't have research or data, my issue could be ( or not) from my Hypothyroidism. I'm still looking for Doctors that has done research on Hypothyroidism. I have to be my own advocate.

Dr. Yeggalam is very kind and explains everything carefully. She is knowledgeable and professional. I arrived early for my appointment and was taken back early. Waiting time to see the doctor was minimal. This is a great practice.

The appointment was on-time and pleasant. All staff who worked with me were professional and kind. The appointment delay had to do with one doctor leaving the practice. I believe they have hired more doctors and just one doctor won't have to carry the whole load for the practice. Lovely people there.

The staff at the desk was very short and not willing to help support what I needed at that point in time. It was not a welcoming or caring experience in the office and over the phone.

Great doctor

This was my 1st in person visit since my previous endocrinologist left the practice last July! It's taken this long to receive a new appointment to date unfortunately with her absorbing all the patients... it's been exhausting and things have fallen through the cracks no fault of hers just the shere magnitude of the undertaking so I understand. We discussed a plan to get me on track and perhaps stabilized or close to it going forward

Dr Yeggalam is very personable. She listens to your concerns and does not make you feel rushed.
