I had seen many negative reviews on many different endocrinologists being that there is such a shortage. And could not get an appointment with one bc they did not deem my problem significant enough to be seen. But this provider has left me feeling as though I won the lottery. No joke. She actually listened, she actually took handwritten notes, she even drew out a diagram to help me understand pituitary gland and hormones. It was the first time, in over 10 years, that I have felt like a doctor actually cared and wanted to help. She did not blow me off, she did not rush me out, she LISTENED and oh my gosh if every doctor were like her the world would be a much better place. It's taken me 10 years to get someone that would take the time to listen. I feel so much more relieved knowing that she did.

This doctor is great!

Dr Y was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything thourally to me and gave my written instructions for me to follow, which I was thankful for because I have some short term memory issues. I was very comfortable with her and felt that I could refer my friends or anyone to her without a second thought.

She also helped contact the scheduling coordinators to get an infusion appointment soon after my visit with her.

Dr. Yeggalam was most professional in answering any questions I had and listening to my concerns and respecting my decisions about my care. She is most friendly and observant. I feel confident in her suggestions and next steps in my care. I value her input.

My original appointment was given at the end of January but when I explained the urgency of the situation I was given a much better appointment and highly pleased with the Dr. I was given. She was very quick and efficient!!!

She seemed too busy. I had to drive over a hour to see her and she did nothing. Gave me paperwork so I could have my blood drawn and come back in a month. I should have had my blood tested before visit so she would have the results at my visit and let me know then if medicine needed to be adjusted.

My experience was great. The doctor listened to what matter for me and understands my concerns. The staff over all was excellent. Now it's up to me to be more careful with my health.

The visit went well and the doctor was very informative.

The Med prescribed were too expensive and upon calling the Dr. As instructed I was told by her nurse to contact my prescription provider to get the Meds I could afford. After providing this information the Dr. has not chosen the Meds provided to her, so therefore I have not had the medicine. Hopefully future appts. will not include me doing the leg work to obtain the correct affordable medicines.

Had a wonderful, professional visit with Dr. Aparma Yeggalam. I left knowing I was well cared for by her. Would give her a 10+ if I could have!

They provider was nice. I left with no new knowledge concerning my Hypothyroidism. I kept hearing no research or data. I was explained how weightloss works ( I already have knowledge of) ) which wasn't my only focus. I'm told that other issue that I'm having isn't from my Hypothyroidism. If the provider doesn't have research or data, my issue could be ( or not) from my Hypothyroidism. I'm still looking for Doctors that has done research on Hypothyroidism. I have to be my own advocate.

Dr. Yeggalam is very kind and explains everything carefully. She is knowledgeable and professional. I arrived early for my appointment and was taken back early. Waiting time to see the doctor was minimal. This is a great practice.

The appointment was on-time and pleasant. All staff who worked with me were professional and kind. The appointment delay had to do with one doctor leaving the practice. I believe they have hired more doctors and just one doctor won't have to carry the whole load for the practice. Lovely people there.

The staff at the desk was very short and not willing to help support what I needed at that point in time. It was not a welcoming or caring experience in the office and over the phone.
