Dr.Hanrahan has been my primary care doctor for over a decade. With his help, in addition to a few specialists, I have made good progress recovering from a mini-stroke. I received my lab results one day after my visit. Within hours, he commented on the results that required changes to a prescription. He is always on top of things for his patients and I appreciate that.

Went to Ballantyne Med to see my reg doctor. He was not in even though appt had been reconfirmed afternoon before. Front desk recommended Dr Hanrahan as alternative for that day. Just bonded!

This was an annual visit plus a followup to check my elevated A1C. Dr. Hanrahan covered every question and concern I had in his usual thorough and professional way. He followed up quickly with a written memo about my test results and resolved the medication issue going forward. I have been seeing him since 2010 and am grateful to have him as my Primary Care Physician.

Dr. Hanrahan always pays close attention to my health issues and gives me the time I need to cover everything especially since I live about 55 miles away. He is an excellent doctor who cares about his patients. I really appreciate his directness but thoroughness. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. He always makes sure he has addressed my concerns. Novant is blessed to have him on their team and I am blessed to have such a wonderful doctor.

I have never had an appointment yet where the Doctor was less than 45 minutes late at least. This time was no different. I sat in the room for an hour, the Doctor was triple booked, so I got a harried discussion for only 15 minutes. Novant needs to get their act together. I’ll be searching for a new organization where I can get actual medical advice instead of a rushed interview for a physical.
