Dr Garner was wonderful! He listened and asked questions and suggested a plan to be sure I was comfortable with. He isn’t my primary as I had a walk-in appointment but I would absolutely see him for medical care at any point. He inspired trust. Thank you!

Dr. Garner was excellent. He was punctual and spent time reviewing my problem in detail. He made excellent suggestions and order lab work.

Dr. Garner was very helpful. The check-in staff was not, initially. There is much confusion about my need to see different doctors within my network for different, specialized care - or previous care provided by one doctor or the other. I was nearly refused care in spite of the fact I made an appointment with a doctor who had helped care for me previously with regard to this particular issue. That is why I went to him - because he had an open appointment at a critical time when I needed it and he was familiar with my past same issues. How can I be nearly refused care from a doctor I made an appointment with, and did so because he had cared for me in the past for the same issue? The staff made it sound like I can't see him if I've seen another doctor(s) for any other reason???? Ridiculous. In summary, Dr. Garner was fine. The staff was probably just doing their jobs .... but the reasoning is confounding.
